But I'd pay an additional pile of moolah to hear what Mayor Bratina has to say about leadership and vision."

  2. Literally pasting in text from the municipal act is Bob's attempt to communicate his description of his duties. Really? I'll throw in some "moolah" along with MSC to be able to read some of Bob's own words on his vision for the city, and how he sees his role as its leader in helping us to realize that vision.

Otherwise, I fear I may be forced to conclude that it's all just an Act.

What good things are coming out of the Mayor's office? It seems that the only thing peg chapmen knows is how to dig and dig and dig. Same old, same old! Nothing new.
