7- Candidate Luc Hetu

In our series entitled "7", The Hamiltonian will provide all candidates who are registered to run in the Ward 7 by-election, equal access to The Hamiltonian to get their message out. As per our standing policies, The Hamiltonian will remain nuetral and will allow all an opportunity.

Our series continues with Ward 7 candidate Luc Hetu. We posed the same questions we have posed to all other candidates to Mr. Hetu. His response to these questions is as follows:

The very questions can be answered by simple statement which will be my speech on cable 14 I am not the traditional pencil pushing bureaucrat looking for another group of people to scam I am there to track and keep the administration at bay from spending too much from cutting essential services over use of office"funds" to keep taxes from increasing and protect the regular tax payer who has no voice anywhere. I am not running to be part of the administration I'm affectivly running to be the opposition in city council to see holes and problems with the bylaws be dealt with and I promise one thing accountibly may that be attending every city council meeting every festival in the area when not in council be at an assessi ble office in the afternoon to talk and discuss the current affairs and to be reachable at all times that's my promise I whole heartly believe in dollar for dollar funding example if downtown was 25% of the taxes then 25% of the funds should be alloted them for their needs transportation in ward 7 is not given that same treatment but should be

If I win and would run again yes as long I keep my promise of accountability Ill feel obligated to be the voice of the people of ward 7

  1. Whoa, that's one ginormous run-on sentence there. Well, 2 sentences. And full of typos and grammatical errors. I think if we're going to vote in some sort of anti-establishment dude we need one who can spell and understands grammar.
