Welcome to this new round of Before the Ballot, Questions for Hamilton's Next Mayor, In this instalment, we feature Pamela Mitchell, who recently registered to run for Mayor of Hamilton. 

Hamilton taxpayers have seen taxes rise significantly while many residents feel services and quality of life have declined. What specific metrics would you use to measure your success as Mayor, and what results should residents expect to see within your first two years?

Hamilton Ont, must have better roads and side walks handicap ♿️ side walks all over the city of Hamilton, safe bike lanes,,and BUS only lane road to get around faster, Not just halfway patch up jobs that are No good ( waste time and tax money when it's Not done right the first time,,I want 60years old and older people tax free property tax zero for them and water bills for 60years and older free zero tax bill,,No rain tax all around Hamilton and the areas, and No Data center zero, I want a dog leash free park there and trees and play area for kids, and a small bike lane area to ride in the area, better use of this area, and it's needed dog leash free park there for downtown Hamilton Ontario in the first two years and more, PamelaMitchell

What is one issue facing Hamilton where you believe the majority of residents may disagree with you, and why are you willing to take that position anyway?

want open season with the police 🚔 stations, that means you have gun the police 🚔 officer's have rights to stop ✋️ you by any means them shot you by any means, you target police dogs, police horses, women police, men police,guns, violence towards regular citizens, I have told police 🚔 officer's to shot them and there family can get them at the morgue, they should be able to make decisions on case by case, as again, if it's not possible dangerous to others, police finds homeless people inside banks jail time otmatic and homeless people out only by conditional jail time their two social workers only,( * it should be handled by understanding health issues, and there hospital for that individual incident, Pamela Mitchell

If elected Mayor, what is the first change you would make to how City Hall operates internally, and why do you believe that change is necessary?

as mayor I would change No more involved outside person representing to influence payments thousands dollars and million dollars and more of waste tax money how things are done, it's Hamilton business and other, it's the job's of the people that are voted 🗳 in to make decisions on case by case, and the other citizens including, Pamela Mitchell

Many residents feel Hamilton has tremendous potential but is not living up to it. In your view, what is holding Hamilton back, and what would you do about it?

better view of how things should get done over the years, two years and three years, and forth, Hamilton has very good potential for business and housing and better roads and side walks handicap ♿️ side walks, and better bus 🚌 services and better taxi 🚕 cab services and No refused ride No more taxis script it's reload card up to $275 month, and there is darts bus, which will be required to change there name, city travel, and there will be different services like taxi cab pickup at home and other locations and booking for up to three weeks,and separate number to cancel, and separate number List you book, and there is No ride refused, as again it can be reported to the city hall of Hamilton Ontario, and separate List for seniors 60years and older for housing, and No pot, No vapor No smoking 🚬cigarettes inside all seniors buildings property, 30feet outside from all exits, and one outside spot end of the drive ways front for all smoking, and there is fine twenty five thousand dollars fine for each person, and tenants fine of ten thousand dollars, Not five thousand any more, for Landlord and tenant's and visiting and all working in all seniors buildings property's as again hospitals and city recreation areas and restaurants you can't smoking cigarettes or anything else, separate List for just homeless people, rehab for drugs and rehab + housing two social workers associated with homeless people,separate List for just homeless,,Pamela Mitchell
